If you are at all like me, you don’t always get your daily supply of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes I don’t get my recommended supply of fruits and vegetables because of not eating the right foods. Sometimes I don’t get that supply because of being on the go and not having access to the right foods. Even the foods that are often offered today are lacking in essential vitamins and minerals.
