Information Collection and Use

WA is the owner of all information collected at this site. WA does not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose any information about current or former customers or their referrals with anyone else in any way that is different from what is disclosed to you in this policy. We may collect information from several different points on our website or the websites of our marketing partners and vendors who have chosen to link to our site, when you make a purchase from our store or have other interactions where personal data is provided to improve the overall experience, content, ease of use and shopping experience on these websites and to improve our marketing and promotions efforts for our company overall.

WA works diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information, by using security software that encrypts data.  At different points of interaction, you might provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone numbers, social network sites and email address. Additionally you may provide us demographic personal information such as income level, gender, and other personal information on an optional basis. We may retain your personal information at our headquarters in Cave Creek, Arizona, USA, and we will assure the security of your personal information in all of our facilities.

Children

WA does not intend to sell products and services for purchases by children.  Furthermore, WA does not intend to collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of 18 you may not use the web site without an involvement of a parent or guardian.  WA only sells products and services to those who are 18 and older, and is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).  COPPA sets forth rules and procedures that governs the way in which sites may collect, use and disclose personal information of children.  If a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with such personal information would like the information deleted from our records, he or she should contact us at the email address or telephone number listed at the bottom of this policy statement. We will then delete the child’s personal information from our files.

If we become aware that personally identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 18 has been collected at the Site, we will use such information for the sole purpose of contacting a parent or guardian of the child to obtain verifiable parental consent. If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if when contacted a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, WA will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 18.
