1. Take WA Ultimate Pre-Workout, as directed, thirty to forty-five minutes prior to activity.
2. Take WA Meal Replacement and Recovery Shake immediately following exercise, training, or competition, but always within thirty minutes after activity is over.
3. Take one serving of WA Protein Plus approximately two hours post-activity. Alternatively, one serving of Protein Plus can be taken at breakfast, at least two hours prior to activity.
