I use this daily in the afternoon. It re-energizes me and helps me accomplish more in my day. I otherwise don’t use any caffeine or added sugar, so am very sensitive to it. Energy and focus works well for me without giving me caffeine jitters or sugar crashes, and doesn’t affect my ability to sleep at night, even when taken in the afternoon.
