Our Wilderness and Working Athlete team is always looking to make positive additions to our staff. We do our own online order fulfillment, which means our performance is directly judged against the performance of the largest and most efficient online retailers in business. Our fulfillment team strives to provide superior customer service through our accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 AM-4 PM, Tuesday & Thursday 9AM-4PM.

Potential Part-Time Employees are able to discuss opportunities to work within this schedule, and can potentially transition into Full-Time employment.
Potential for overtime during the busy season.

We only work a few weekends per year, and only if necessary.

Description

The warehouse employee works with the warehouse team to accurately and efficiently fulfill Wilderness and Working Athlete’s orders.

Other day-to-day responsibilities include restocking products, working on larger projects, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean/organized space.

Expectations

Showing up on time.
Always wearing closed toe shoes.
Following the instructions of the warehouse management team and shift leads.
Be able to stand on their feet for at least 8 hours in a day, sometimes longer.
Be able to lift objects ranging from 20-50 lbs, occasionally from the floor or above the head.
Meet output goals and achieve a low order-error rate.

Pay and Benefits

$15.00 per hour starting, opportunity to earn more after a probationary period.
Potential to earn $50 Incentive for every 5 business days without an error reported, full-time employees who retained employment for all of 2023 earned about $3,000 in bonuses during 2023.
10 days of paid time off annually after 6 months of full-time employment.
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available with contribution from employer after 3 months of full-time employment.
401k and employer match available after 3 months of full-time employment.

All employees receive 40% discount immediately

Full-time employees receive a membership to Peaks Athletic Club should they elect to do so.
All full-time employees also have the opportunity to workout up to twice a week with the company at CrossFit Four Peaks.
