          Excellent new flavor to mix things up a bit with the same great effects. In the backcountry my daily H&R is always one of the treats I look forward to most to help curb the dehydration and break up the monotony of straight water. When the work load is high so is the fluid intake, so it is nice to have some flavor to mix in and get me to keep downing water. Im not going to say the superman packed out my Idaho spring bear for me, but I will say It kept me from hitting a wall that would have slowed or stopped the process greatly. Thanks for lending a hand WA.

          I am a 78 year old granny that has suffered with severe leg cramps for many years. One of your reps had me try the Hydrate and Renew and it has been awesome. I drink a glass of it every night and can now sleep through the night without jumping out of bed with leg cramps. Absolutely wonderful.

          I understand some people are a little upset about the container, but I found that it's the perfect fit for my prep-bag. I don't have to carry a case of Gatorade or find room for a tub, just stick the Hydrate & Recover in one bottle holder and put my shaker in the other. The flavors are great, the stuff lasts (Hate feeling like I'm on the clock to use things), and it really helps me after working out. I feel good, the BCAAs start fixing me up, and it's super refreshing when you put the Berry Blast on some ice. Overall, this is probably my favourite thing WA puts out, and the one I always keep stocked up on.

          The hydrate and recover kept me going on a long hard elk hunt, loved all the flavors but the Arizona peach was my go too, extremely great service , flavors are perfect not to sweet, you got a customer for life.

          Great flavor and hydration

          I drink the blue raspberry during and after workouts and they definitely do the job. Tastes great and I replenish all the electrolytes lost while sweating. They’ll be in my pack for hunting season without a doubt.
