I'm sold that these work for greatly reducing my stress level and help focus throughout the day. I work full time, own a business and workout about five days a week. My stress level was hard to control due to constantly being busy. Edge and at Ease are definitely helping reduce that and I've been feeling great for the past three weeks. Small downside is the amount of "pills" you have to take a day being enclosed in silicone dioxide. I love to see the compressed into pill form which would most likely lower the amount needing to be taken and eliminate the silicon dioxide. Now for Unplug, I had "hangover" issues like you would with melatonin but everyone is different. I even tried just taking one several times and can still feel it the next day. However my sleep issues were stress induced and with the At Ease/Edge combination my stress level has been reduced which enough that I have not been using a sleep aid very often if at all.

Great way to try different products and use them in combination.

I use this product every day. I love it so much and can tell a difference when I do not take it. My husband says I am a lot happier of a person when I take them. I sleep so much better when taking unplug and feel more refreshed in the morning.

This is an awesome product! It works as described!

If you want all in this is the way to go get it all at once and basically become a Spartan
