I've been using altitude advantage for many years since the first time I went West and experienced headaches from climbing the altitude I've seen used it all over the world from Mongolia at the New Zealand and it always makes it much easier to deal with the issues. And hydrate and recover packs are convenient for use with bottled water and some of the flavors are quite good!

I live in Georgia and recently returned from a Colorado mule deer hunt at 8,000-9,000 feet. No problems with altitude sickness at all, so I can't recommend Altitude Advantage enough. I already knew Hydrate & Recover was a great product, and never was hydration more important than in the cold, dry air out there while enduring big climbs.

For reference, I live just below 6000'. Just got back from a successful Rocky Mountain Bighorn Hunt Where I spent 6 days straight above 10,500' (much of the time above 12,000') and I did not get any of the headaches or light headedness I had on previous scouting trips. Sleep and digestion also seemed slightly better than previous trips. This isn't some miracle cure to being out of shape, nor is it advertised as such. For what it is advertised, it certainly fits the bill. I am sure the positive affects are even more noticeable for those that live at lower elevation to start with.

I was having trouble adjusting to high altitude training and feeling nauseous after hitting about 1500’ gain. This worked and I’ve been feeling great and able to continue the climb!
