Going strong

I’m about halfway through the reboot and so far, so good. Very easy to follow program as it is all laid out for you day by day. I also had some questions when I first received it and the staff answered all of my questions honestly and gave suggestions and/or alterations that I needed.poking forward to seeing the end results

28 Day Reboot Challenge

Just finished my first week of the 28 day reboot and am actually feeling much better physically and mentally with a 4 pound weight loss the first week. It’s a great program well thought out and structured. I spend a lot of time in the outdoors and need to stay in shape and I feel this program will give me the edge I need to stay active. The daily workout’s are great. Vitamins, supplements and Protein powder taste great and I will continue to use going forward.

Very impressed thus far

I’m two weeks in and have lost 15lbs. I am sticking close to my daily meals and it’s paying off or should I say dropping off. Second time doing the reboot. The first time I lost 25lbs in 28 days.

Just what the name says, reboot.

I am a little over a week into the program, and it is what it says, a reboot. I like the structure of the meals/supplements/exercise program and it’s simple to follow. I’m seeing improvement already, but that should be expected when you structure your diet with exercise. Obviously, you could do something similar on your own but the workout/goal/meal binder is very helpful and the online videos showing each exercise done properly is well worth the investment IMO. Your mileage may vary, but I am happy withe the program and recommend it as a 5 star option for “re-booting” your diet and exercise program. Keep up the good work WA.
