One before workout, one after. Pretty simple. I feel like these product do the best for my body after trying alot of others. I feel like I get better sustained energy out of this pre workout than any other I’ve tried, no jitters. They both live in my gym bag. I’ll also take the post workout during heavy activity hunts, those days you make the legs burn and carry the heavy loads or hike the long miles.

I’ve used many other products in the past however when it comes to Wilderness Athlete and the products. I have finally found what works for me. I am forever a customer of Wilderness Athlete

For the price I'm happy, flavors on the pineapple pre workout need some improvement.
