If you’ve been reading our updates recently, you’ve heard us hint to changes that are coming. (Way less scary than winter coming… don’t worry.)

15 years ago, Wilderness Athlete was started by Mark Paulsen with one goal in mind - create supplements that support you, outdoor athletes (mainly hunters) the way that mainstream supplements support traditional athletes.

We believe that you deserve the absolute best of the best, because you are the real athletes. You don’t play a game for 30 minutes on a field. You hike, backpack, trek or crawl through terrain that would scare most NFL players. You take everything you need and put it on your back and go out and look for trouble. You want lightweight, compact and effective solutions in your gear. You spend days or weeks preparing your gear, and you spend months or years preparing your body.

Over the next 9 months, you will see us going through a substantial change that will include the Wilderness Athlete brand (the logo), packaging and product formulations. Every change is backed by hundreds of conversations and surveys with you, and countless hours of internal work and discussion.

Our mission during this change? To make Wilderness Athlete the absolute best choice for you: The athlete who puts everything you need in a backpack and heads into the wild.
