Let me start by saying I bought this on a whim. I said let me try and see. Well the first day I put it in my coffee and the whole day I just felt better. I had better mental clarity, energy, and overall in a better mood throughout the day.

With flavor, it is very suggestive of who likes what flavor I feel that this product is good. It does what it’s intended to do but the flavoring throws off your coffee taste. It works great in other areas like in smoothies or when you’re mixing it in with protein powder or things of that nature, but if you’re just looking for straight up MCT in your coffee, I would stay with the unflavored much better taste.
