I’ve tried plenty of other sleep supplements, from low and high dose melatonin to chamomile and herbal-based products. Even over-the-counter alternatives like Tylenol pm or Advil p.m, both of which gave me awful restless legs and difficulty staying asleep.
Unplug is one of the best sleep support products that I have tried. It doesn’t put you to sleep. Instead, it makes the act of going to sleep much more enjoyable. Im a fire fighter whose been having trouble sleeping for quite some time now. It’s hard falling asleep and staying asleep.
