I am 72 years old but still enjoy hunting for elk. This past hunt ( a successful one for the guy I helped) was the most remarkable one I have ever been on. I keep track of my steps each day using a Fitbit. We covered a minimum of 15,000 steps daily while on the hunt and that was at 7,000 feet elevation. I had some severe allergies because of all the bloom that was present due to great monsoon weather. In spite of all of that, I was determined to use Hydrate and Recover since I had noticed in prepping for the hunt that the usual aches after a strenuous workout were not present if I used Hydrate and Replenish. I went through two packets daily on the hunt and while somewhat tired by day 8, I was going faster and stronger each day. With 2 knees that have been partially replaced, and the effects of being over 40, Hydrate was like the fountain of youth! Going up and down draws, climbing out of holes, bugling and cow calling while on the move and quartering and moving a 700 pound bull was not nearly as difficult as it was in previous seasons. My sincere thanks to the Wilderness Athlete team! I hope to continue hunting as long as I possibly can, but it will never be without Hydrate and Recover. It made all the difference in the world to me!

I started on this product about 2 years ago. The packets are convenient for on the go & mountain excursions. Not sure if there is a huge benefit in taking vitamins, but if you believe it's working for you then continue. Saves the hassle of having to go to numerous different products that constantly change labels. Headache eliminated by the dose pack.

So far so good. Probiotic seems to be clearing out the bad! Absolutely LOVE the convenience packaging. I also am using the Peak Immunity. I wish there was a plan to decide which vitamins you had in a convenience package so you would have true grab and go. I know it is fixable with a vitamin organizer, but how cool would vitamin customization be?
