    Why are there 5g of sugar?

Great addition to my fitness regimen

I'm 38 years old and training 5-6 days a week for my first sheep hunt. I'm doing a lot more cardio and leg focused workouts than I'm used to. I was experiencing prolonged soreness in my legs that was preventing me from keeping up with my planned routine. I added a scoop of Hydrate and Recover to my water flask after every workout and I even do a scoop in the mornings on non-workout days. Since I started doing this I've felt less soreness and have been able to stick to my exercise plan. I've accepted that I'm past the days where I could bust my ass in the gym and feel great the next day, but Hydrate and Recover has helped me feel better so that soreness isn't an excuse to skip a workout.


Will agree with the reviews that you will recover from a a physical sweaty workout.Have not tried the others flavors yet but i really like the watermelon.
