Ive never taken any creatine so I have nothing to compare. The taste is really bad. Doesn't dissolve great, but I just mix and shoot it quick. I cant confirm this is making a huge difference for me, but I have been performing at my highest level in the field since taking it and recovery has never been better.

I have been taking creatine HMB along with midnight build and collagen peptides. This time of year goes from summer sports to hunting to cross country skiing.
