I notice better intake of oxygen and less fatigued at altitude, i live at 4,000 and hunt at 10,000. Had a friend get covid right before a colorado elk hunt, I suggested he start taking this 2 weeks before his hunt, he said it helped him be able to use the oxygen he could bring in.
I have used this for several years. Using Hydrate & Recover along with Altitude Advantage works great. Have never experienced any altitude sickness using this method or product. I have told multiple people to use the product and it helped them also. Great product, that in my opinion works great.
I bought the altitude advantage for a hunt in the Alaskan Brooks Range. Five days prior to the hunt I started taking these as instructed. The second day I noticed a little dizziness after taking them. I noticed mental cloudiness when looking hard left or right. I skipped them the third day and felt ok. Fourth and fifth day I took altitude advantage and felt only a tad queasy. Upon arriving at the Brooks Range I took one in the morning with food. Wow, I was immediately hit with severe dizziness, it lasted several hours. Spotting for game and hiking only exacerbated the dizziness. I immediately stopped using this product and had no further issues the rest of the hunt. I will also be honest and clarify that I'm 61 years old and currently take blood thinners due to a previous blood clot. My best recommendation is check with your doctor before taking this product.

Whenever I'm 9k feet and up I get nauseous and light headed, haven't felt any symptoms of altitude sickness since I started taking this ahead of my trips.
I live in TX and went on my first Elk hunt this year in NW Colorado. I used Altitude Advantage as directed and think it greatly helped in my hunt. I didn't experience any altitude related issues while on my hunt and we were scaling some steep terrain
