Short and sweet, im 46 years old and I cannot tell you the last time I have slept this well and woke up feeling this well rested. Just for kicks I stopped taking it for a few nights and the difference is 100% noticeable.

i love taking this after heavy days. makes the next day not so bad.

Midnight build definitely helps my body get what it needs while resting. Stamina and recovery seemed to increase. I’ve only been taking it for a month but have already noticed results.

Great nights sleep. Full dose on heavy training days and 2/3 on off days. I generally sleep well, this took it to another level of deep sleep. My watch consistently states "high sleep efficiency, even on a short night" It did say that before taking MB.

A friend recommended I try this after a very long day of working out and moving sandbags. I quickly purchased a bottle at the Hunt Expo and gave it a go. As advertised, I slept great (and continue to) and wasn't to soar at all the next morning. It's become my go to every night now. My only adjustment was cutting back to 2 pills vs 3 since I weigh in at only 158 pounds. They recommend 2 if you're under 150 but I haven't noticed much difference.

So far this stuffs been working. Usually a really light sleeper and taking this has definitely helped my deep sleep.

I already was continent with another sleep aid I’ve used for years. But I added this for the muscle recovery factor. It does seem as though I am less sore in the mornings now using this. The only down side I’ve noticed is my dreams have kicked up taking this.

It didn’t help me sleep , it didn’t do anything it claimed to do. Once again wilderness athlete has disappointed me

I've only been using this for a week but I am noticing some results, mostly in recovery and strength. I tend to sleep hard normally so haven't noticed any difference there but looking forward as these usually take time to see changes'.

I’ve always been not just a light sleeper, but someone that doesn’t sleep much. Recently had some pretty severe back pain and was getting about two hrs of sleep a night. Started taking this shortly after that and after a few nights I’m starting to get more sleep than before the back issue. Nothing else has changed so I believe Midnight Build is responsible.

I started taking these supplements a few months ago and I can tell a world of a difference between taking them and not. I have experimented with other supplements that claim to have the same results and none can compare. I sleep deeper and dream harder and wake up feeling more rested. I track my sleep and find I stay in REM longer and have far less restless movements throughout the night. I would recommend for anyone who has trouble sleeping or is trying to stay fit. I can definitely see a difference in recovery since taking them as well. Great product! Great company!

I have been taking midnight build along with the College and peptides and creatine. I noticed after my hard workouts I don’t hurt as bad. I seem to recover quicker and taking the midnight build at night seems to help me to sleep better and recover faster as well. I will continue this regime for 90 days to see how I feel and then I will stop it for a couple of weeks to see if I notice a big difference. As an Adaptive Athlete, I have not quit doing the things that I love. I am just finding new ways to do the things that I used to do. That requires muscles and making my body that most people wouldn’t do. Like cross country skiing is all done with my arms. Cycling is done with my arms pushing my wheelchair is done with my arms so I have to take care of my shoulders and elbows and wrists. These supplements seem to be helping very well.

I have been using this for year and it works! I use it after extremely rough days in the mountain and feel like it helps me sleep better as well as much less fatigued the following day.

I feel that I slept better after taking this. (It also could be because I was exhausted from working out, haha.) But I do feel it contributed to feeling better the next day from resting well.
