Zero customer service

I’ve used multiple products from wilderness athlete and I decided to order this hat and the same hat but in brown. I dig the hat, like it a lot. But…. I got a refund email notification stating they are refunding me the brown hat for some reason? I emailed them back asking why and that I would like to keep the brown hat heading my way. I got no response. I then emailed the customer service email and I have not heard anything. Just a shame that something so simple gets brushed off. So my money went elsewhere.
