Omega-3 Fish Oil
I take WA omega 3 fish oil every morning with breakfast, love it!
I took the WA recommendation to use Omega-3 Fish Oil twice a day (2 capsules per) to aid in reducing soreness. I wrote of that on 10.21.2019. Excepting once when I ran out (my error), I've been consistently following this regimen approximately 90 percent of the days since then. There's no scale that I can use to quote a number that proves the following, but I feel it to be true: My soreness from a heckuva lot of physical activity of all kinds seems like about a 30-40 percent reduction in pain by following the Omega-3 Fish Oil twice-a-day program. As am American male well past middle-age, one gets sore faster than when young plus sore-pain seems to hang around longer like an unwelcome cousin. I judge that from running out of the capsules (see above confession) and days I happen to forget or in some cases failed to carry them with me traveling. By now, though, my daily routine incorporates their use along with other important Wilderness Athlete products I use. And, along with this, I trust their ingredients. As fish species are all different, so are fish oil choices. Some are cheap but ineffective, some even bad for us, but still used in capsules that are offered to the public at a store somewhere. That's why I only use WA's Omega-3s. They don't screw around with things like ingredients; only the best for their devotees.
