Seems like a decent product. I have not tried them after a workout or in the mountains yet. They have a good taste. My biggest issue with the maltodextrin. Ultra processed food ingredients still used in a “healthy” supplement. We need something better!

Have been using the hydrate/recover for years and love it. I deducted one star because of changes they made... what happened to the Arizona Peach flavor? The new Peach flavor is ok, but not the same. It's missing the hint of ice tea. I hate it when you love a product and then they change it. Also, for some reason they have enlarged the packaging so now the packet width doesn't fit inside a water bottle as easily (you have to fold it down to fit). I still highly recommend this product, but not happy with both the changes.

I have purchased many products that didn’t live up to the hype. I started training for elk and deer season the end of June and expected to struggle for the first month, being close to 60 years old but around the middle of August I was still really having to push myself and not feeling like it was getting easier. I had been seeing some advertisements for wilderness athlete and decided to order hydrate and recover and energy and focus. I am on day three of using them and ordered another bag of both of them. I’m very impressed with the product and the difference in my performance and the way I feel afterwards. This product is excellent and I will continue to use and definitely recommend it to others.

The old peach flavor was great. It tasted exactly like peach tea. This new flavor doesn’t even smell like peach anymore. It has a mix of watermelon in it in my opinion. Super disappointed because I was so looking forward to it. Dang.

If you do any walking, hunting or backpacking this is the stuff. on long days out looking for deer the miles can add up. I use H & R to keep my balance of electrolytes in check. It definitely helps with late in the day cramping of my legs. It also tasted great.
