Effects are noticeable in the immediately, medium and in the long term. The electrolytes take minutes to start having a noticeable effect. The vitamin C keeps us from getting sick even when we are grinding and pushing ourselves to deeper and deeper limits and should be more prone to sickness. And the BCAA's have not only helped recover with more effect but I've noticed if I'm off training for a while but still taking hydrate and recover, attrition is much slower. Plus it tastes great. All around a great product.

I started using this last summer while working on a lengthy front yard project. The heat was just beating me down. I would not have the energy to do anything else the rest of the day. After I started taking this I felt energized throughout the day. I did not end the day feeling drained and would wake up ready to go the next day. Now, I combine it with the mid-night build and pre-work out powder for my daily workouts. No more soar muscles.

The taste is great and have enjoyed all the flavors.

My favourite flavour by far and this stuff really works!! I have recommended to a lot of people.

Definitely appreciate the nutritional value of this product. The strawberry flavor is a close second to the Watermelon.
