So far.....So good. Just started on the program. The taste is good and easy to use. Put it in my first cup of coffee every morning. Knees fill better already. Will respond later after I have been on the product longer.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I have noticed that my joints don’t ache as bad. I seem to recover quicker. I am an Adaptive Athlete, during the summer I mountain bike race as well as am a safety boater for Team River Runner. During the winter, I cross country, Sit Ski and shoot biathlon. And in the fall, I try and hunt elk and deer off of my Handcycle and forearm crutches. All of the training takes its toll, but I have noticed the collagen peptides help with the pain and joint stiffness. I started the collagen and the creatine HMB as well as the midnight build around the same time and the combination of all three seem to help quite a bit.
