Day 10 - Active Recovery

  • Perform a walk or light jog around your neighborhood, 1-2 mile range
  • Return and perform total body stretches and foam role total body.
  • Extra Credit - Yoga and or work on a breathing routine.

Lift Weights!

Don’t sabotage your goals by avoiding resistance training for the treadmill. Lifting weights in your fat loss routine is one of the best ways to increase your metabolic rate, whereas being glued to a cardio machine will actually slow your metabolism down over time. Plus, lean muscle definition is far better than being skinny fat.
