Day 20 - Weighted PAck Hike/ Be Active

Throw some weight in a pack or backpack and go for a hike. If a weighted pack is not an option, do something active.

Review your goals and refine them.

Goals need to be specific and challenging. At the beginning of this program you set goals, but it’s good practice to review them and refine them or increase them if need be. Perhaps you’re stronger than you thought, or you’ve lost weight more quickly than you imagined. Average goals produce average results, and nobody remembers the average.
