What you put in is what you get out.

Pay attention to the way you perform given the diet you’re taking in. Do you have enough energy? Do you feel strong? Maybe you feel bloated and sluggish. You don’t need to force yourself to eat 3 meals a day. Instead, focus on the right calories and what gives you the most energy throughout your day and in the gym.
